The conference will take place at the University of Warwick in the Medical Teaching Centre Lecture Theatre on the Gibbet Hill Campus. The conference dinner will take place in the Scarman Conference Centre on the main university campus.
The University of Warwick is located on the outskirts of Coventry, approximately 15 minutes (4 miles) from Coventry train station, with frequent bus services and taxis available.
The nearest international airport is Birmingham (BHX) and there are frequent rail services operating between Birmingham International and Coventry train stations.

Warwick Conferences offers on-campus accommodation at its Scarman, Radcliffe and Arden venues. Please note that venues are popular and often over-subscribed, so we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
Alternatively, you may choose to stay in nearby Coventry or Kenilworth.
The University of Warwick ‘Car Park 2‘ is the designated event parking for any delegates who aren’t staying overnight at Scarman.
Car Park 2 is a 15 minute walk from the Gibbet Hill campus.
A minibus shuttle will operate between Scarman, Car park 2 and the conference venue at the start and finish of each day.
